Laboratories
Impress Materials has 4 R&D laboratories and an environmental testing room. It uses instruments such as liquid chromatography and ion chromatography to detect the composition and purity of raw materials; uses a laser particle size analyzer to analyze the shape and distribution of particles in the ink; uses nano-grinding technology to achieve normal nano-distribution of ink particles; uses an ink droplet observer to observe the performance and regularity of ink on the print head; and uses an X-rite color density meter to comprehensively analyze the relationship between ink, media, and color. It ensures that the ink is effectively guaranteed in terms of raw materials, R&D, production links, and comprehensive performance of the ink, so that the company’s overall R&D strength and product technology innovation are always in the leading position in the industry.
