1. Inquiry & Brief. Send us your requirement — full spec, rough description, or simply a target color / sample. We can reverse-engineer color matches from your existing sample as well.
2. Sample Run. We prepare a sample based on your brief.Every order, regardless of how detailed your spec is, starts with a physical sample.
3. Test, Approve & Bulk. You test the sample on your printer and substrate. Once color match, fastness and jetting pass, we move to bulk production and formal order.

• Sample preparation: 5–10 working days (reverse-engineered match or fresh formulation)
• Bulk after sample approval: 7–15 working days for stock colors · 15–25 working days for custom color match · 20–30 working days for OEM / private label

Standard — our priority:

• FOB Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or Hong Kong — South China ports and HK, you arrange ocean freight.
• EXW Zhuhai — you pick up at our Zhuhai facility.

Available on request — not the default:

• CFR / CIF — we can quote this when you ask, but it is not our priority. Sea and air freight rates fluctuate continuously, and we re-confirm the freight component at quotation time rather than locking it in advance. Going FOB or EXW keeps your landed-cost calculation clean and our quotation stable.

• Bulk MOQ: 1 metric ton (mixed colors within a single ton accepted).
• Smaller run available: We handle orders below 1 ton where project scope allows — reach out and we will work something out.
• Samples: Generous free samples on request for serious buyers. Courier cost on buyer.

You are welcome to use your own nominated forwarder. If you don't have one, we can recommend several experienced China-based forwarders familiar with DG (dangerous-goods) sea freight for ink products.
